FRENCH ONION SOUP

One of our favorite "easy" meals is French Onion Soup. When bread was scarce at the beginning of quarantine, we scored a loaf of sourdough and decided to get creative. The sandwich is oven-toasted sourdough with Swiss and Havarti cheese. Comfort food!
